Want to hire a “No bullsh*t” designer?

I’ve been working in design for the past 10 years now so I’ve learnt a lot, made so many mistakes and most importantly figured out what design principles fit with my thinking. I just want to create clean, concise applications/websites which still have that touch of creativity that adds to the user’s experience almost guiding their eye through the content. 



I’ve mostly worked for start-ups/companies but I’m always open to helping smaller businesses/individuals with getting a brand/website/app off the ground. I’m not a big fan of strict design processes unless they are completely necessary, so I’d rather approach things problem first and then we can define a process.
