Selling on Amazon is highly competitive, yet no single tool helps sellers manage all the necessary parameters. Unicorn built a solution to address this, but its lack of user-friendliness meant it was mainly used by internal staff rather than the sellers themselves.

Research workflow automation tools
Some workflow automation tools existed, but they catered to other ad services, not Amazon.
Design a user-friendly web app
We built for web, targeting ad agencies that primarily work on larger screens throughout the day.
Work with team to deliver the app
I designed in Figma and regularly collaborated with the team before handing over any work.
